2010 Lagoon 400

This Lagoon 400 sailing catamaran was built in 2010 and refitted in 2023. She measures 11.92 m in length with a 7.25 m beam and 1.27 m draft, and is powered by twin 40 HP Yanmar engines, with 270 engine hours recorded. Cruising speed is 6 knots and maximum speed 10 knots. She has been used privately only and maintained regularly. She is located on the Turkish Riviera.

Her distinguishing feature is a custom-built, extra-wide forward platform with an integrated shading system, usable for sunbathing or dining. The hull has been completely refinished, the topsides professionally repainted, and all deck surfaces are laid with synthetic teak.

The layout has five cabins: two master cabins, two guest cabins and a skipper cabin, with four guest heads. Additional shelving has been fitted in the cabins. The saloon and all cabins have individually controlled air conditioning and fans, and there are two Webasto heaters. Equipment includes a 10 kW Onan generator, a 180 L/h watermaker, a Victron 3000 W inverter, 300 W of solar panels, Raymarine navigation with GPS and autopilot, a Harken electric mainsail winch, Lazy Bag and an electric windlass with 130 m of chain and an Ultra anchor.
