Terms of use

These terms apply when you use www.niyanayachts.com (“the website”), run by Niyana Yachts (“we”, “us”). A link to the company’s legal details is at the end. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Information on the website

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its information is general and can change.

• Yachts may be sold, withdrawn or changed at short notice.
• Specifications are given in good faith from the information we have and are not guaranteed; buyers should verify them, for example with a survey and a sea trial.
• Prices are asking prices in the currency shown on each listing. VAT and other costs are as stated on the listing, where stated. “Price on request” means that we give the price personally.
• A price shown in another currency is an approximate conversion at the European Central Bank’s reference rate of the date shown, for guidance only.
• Images of yachts not yet built show the design and may differ from the finished yacht.
• Charter rates are weekly rates, shown as each yacht’s page states them. Unless stated otherwise, they exclude VAT and the advance provisioning allowance (APA), and a yacht’s availability is known only when we send a proposal.

No offer and no advice

Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted online, and no contract is made through it. A purchase, sale, charter or new build is agreed only in a written contract signed by the parties, usually on industry-standard, internationally recognised forms. The information on the website is not legal, tax, technical or financial advice.

Enquiries

Please give accurate details when you write to us, and do not send passport, bank or card details through the website. An enquiry does not reserve a yacht or bind you or us to anything. We answer personally. How we handle your details is explained in our privacy policy.

The Shortlist and your preferences

The Shortlist and your display preferences are kept only in your browser. We cannot see them, and we cannot recover them if your browser’s data is cleared.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos, logos and design of the website belong to Niyana Yachts or to those who allow us to use them, such as shipyards and photographers. Tankoa’s name, logo and images belong to Tankoa Yachts and are used with its permission. You may view the website, share links to its pages and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy, republish or use our content commercially, or copy listings in bulk, without our written permission.

Using the website

Please do not use the website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to its systems, interfere with how it works, or send false, abusive or automated messages.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites and services, such as social networks and maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.

Liability

We are not liable for loss caused by relying on information on the website without checking it with us, or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown on this page.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement authorities of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have as a consumer, such as the right to go to the courts where you live.

Niyana Yachts is a yacht brokerage based in Istanbul. Its registered identity and contact details appear in the KVKK information notice.
