YACHT MANAGEMENT Your yacht, looked after.

A tailor-made, personal service for selected clients: maintenance, crew, refits, insurance and paperwork, with three decades of expertise behind it. You keep the decisions.

Talk to us about your yacht

Owning a yacht should feel like the days on board.

For every week at sea there are many days of work ashore: planned maintenance, certificates, crew contracts, quotes from yards, insurance renewals. We take that work on, plan it with you and your captain, and keep you informed. You decide; we see it through.

We look after yachts for selected clients. Every service draws on experience of our own and is tailor-made for the yacht and personal to her owner.

Niyana Yachts brings three decades of expertise, now in its second generation. It is a founding member of YBA Turkey, the Yacht Brokers Association in Türkiye. Our office is in Istanbul; our team is present in Göcek, Bodrum and Monaco.

WHAT WE LOOK AFTER

Every service, made for your yacht.

Each is shaped around your yacht and the way you use her: choose one, or several.

Yacht management

Her year in one plan: maintenance, berths and winter storage, surveys and certificates, suppliers and the season’s logistics, agreed with you and your captain.

Refit and repairs

Repainting, interior renewal, new electronics, engine work. We write the specification with you, compare quotes from yards and follow the work until she is handed back to you. We work for you, not for the yard.

FAQ

Questions owners ask.

What does yacht management include?

Whatever your yacht needs between your days on board: maintenance planning, crew, refits, surveys and certificates, insurance and the season’s logistics. We agree the scope with you at the start.

Can I choose only some services?

Yes. You can ask us for one service, such as crew or a refit, or entrust us with the care of the whole yacht.

Will I stay in control of my yacht?

Yes. You agree the plan and the budget with us, and the decisions stay yours.

Where does my yacht need to be?

Our work is centred on Türkiye. Our office is in Istanbul; our team is present in Göcek, Bodrum and Monaco. For a yacht in other waters, ask us.

How is management charged?

The fee depends on your yacht and the services you choose, and is agreed with you before we begin.

How do we start?

Write to us with the letter on this page, or call our office in Istanbul. We then arrange a first visit to your yacht with you and your captain.

Also with Niyana Yachts.
