No:3 D:3, 34726 Kadıköy/İstanbul, in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and our commercial relations or within our business relationship with you, your personal data will be recorded, stored, preserved, shared with institutions legally authorized to request this personal data, and classified, in a limited and proportionate manner, within the framework of the purpose requiring processing, in connection with this purpose, by preserving the accuracy and most up-to-date form of the personal data as you have notified us, and will be transferred, assigned, classified to domestic or foreign third parties, and will be processed by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying within the framework explained below, again for business purposes. In this context, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, and to prevent and preserve your personal data from being processed and accessed illegally in accordance with the Laws and Regulations issued for the purpose of protecting personal data.

We will store the data in question in our systems for five years from the last date you logged into the system with your username and password, in accordance with the legal legislation we are subject to due to the performance of our employment brokerage activity.

Non-Personal Data: Any information that is not identified as a specific person

Special Personal Data: Data related to individuals' race, ethnic origin, political views, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.

1.2 Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy only covers data collected through the Site. However, it does not cover any other data collection or processing activities, including websites, third-party operators and applications to which the Company provides links, including but not limited to the platforms specified, and also does not cover data collected offline or through any website or services that are not directly linked to this Privacy Policy.
